Lots of exciting things going on this weekend. On Saturday,
October 20, I'll be participating in a Civil War living history at the Mineral
Museum in Spruce Pine. This is right off the Blue Ridge Parkway (Mile Marker
331). The event will run from 10:00 until 4:00. You need to come and bring your
family! It's free!
On Sunday, October 21, 2012, I'll be speaking and signing
books at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Public Library (downtown branch). Once again,
everyone is invited and this event is free! We'll get started at 2:00 pm.
