It is amazing how quickly time flies. Has it already been a week since I posted last? We (my family) spent this past Saturday at olde timey days in Burnsville. Our local SCV Camp set up a display, including information tents, a Confederate officer’s tent (mine), and a artillery piece - 12-pound iron Napoleon. We had a great time - it was one of those perfect fall days in the mountains - in the low 70s and not a cloud in the sky. The photo here is of me and my nine-month old daughter, Isabella.
