Elizabeth and I are happy to announce the birth of our daughter, Isabella Laine Hardy. She was born on December 20, at 8:27 pm. She is a beautiful little lady who has made our Christmas very special. Everyone is doing fine and everyone is at home.
Needless to say, I’ve not had much of a chance to write about the war (or anything else for that matter) and it will be a few days before we all adjust and get back to some type of normal.

It looks like Christmas came early at the Hardy house! Congratulations on the new bundle of joy. I have a three year old daughter and it is awesome being a father (especially when you have a daddy's girl). I recently found out that my wife is pregnant with our second child and we are considering the name Isabella if it is a girl.

Congrats on your new addition! She's beautiful and as Eric observed, the ultimate Christmas present. My first baby is now an 18 year old freshman at Salem College; time does fly by! Treasure every moment. Nothing like a baby girl!
